Our host church will be closed for Vacation Bible School the week of July 9th so we will not be holding the Tuesday night Castimonia meeting at this location. The meeting will resume the following Tuesday night.

We are posting this message in an effort to help individuals who struggle with unwanted same sex attraction (SSA).
On Tuesday night, Melissa Fisher will be speaking at Kingsland Baptist Church in Katy from 7:00-8:30 p.m. This free event (Though they are requesting RSVP) is being billed as helping family and friends of Same Sex Attraction(SSA) strugglers. I must say that I read Melissa’s autobiographical book (The Way of Hope) recently and it was hugely impactful. Her writing is compelling and gripping with her transparency and the life events that led up to her SSA. It is very powerful even when this is not your struggle. Real broken life encounter deep Jesus moments. So if you are available, I’ll see you Tuesday @ KBC.

Due to renovations in our host church, we will be temporarily relocating the Lifepath meeting to our Fairfield Baptist location by Grand Parkway and Highway 290 in Northwest Houston until about September. This is effective immediately so this coming Monday night Lifepath meeting will be at Fairfield Baptist!

Eight years ago on June 12, 2010 Castimonia held it’s first support group meeting. Praise God for all that He has done in this ministry in helping men restore their lives and the lives of their families.
We began with one meeting in one location with three attendees and thanks to the Lord we have expanded to 14 meetings in three states and have served hundreds of men including those overseas who connect with us via our telemeetings and podcasts.
As we continue forward with our mission to serve God and love others we ask for prayers for the ministry as we continue to expand and especially that the Lord give us knowledge of His will for our ministry and the power to carry it out.
This site is intended for individuals who struggle with maintaining sexual purity. This information is posted for individuals at various stages in their recovery, year 1 to year 30+; what applies to some, may not apply others. Spouses are encouraged to read this blog with the caveat that they may not agree with, understand, or know the reason for some items posted. As always, take what you like and leave the rest.
